How We Do It
OfficeAccessoriesPlus.com uses a blind debossing technique that heat-presses your artwork into a leather or leatherette surface, creating a depression in the material (as seen in the image). Once your artwork is approved by digital proof, it is then used as a template to create a solid magnesium die that we will keep on file for you to continue future projects.
Depending on the proportions of the design, we can go as large as 3″ – 4″ wide on most logos, the most popular being 3.5″ wide. Our art staff will determine the best size for your logo on the product you choose, and email you a digital proof approval before beginning production.
Most logo deboss orders will take around 3-4 business days to produce and ship. Expedited shipments will ship the day production has finished.
With many years of experience, our professional engraving department will ensure your logo will look elegant and remain for years to come, in a time frame that cannot be matched. Our logo debossing is also perfect for conference arrangements, branding, awards, recognition and promotions as well.

On the same or next business day, a representative will contact you with any questions about your logo, and send you a proof for your signed approval prior to the order being processed.
- Only products that are capable of logo debossing will have the option to upload a file.
- Compatible file extensions are .ai , .svg, .eps, and .pdf containing vector lines.

- Logo placement on products and other requirements are communicated through email and proofing after the order is placed.
- There is a one-time $75 manufacturing charge per logo; Repeat logo deboss orders may use the same logo from the previous order free of this charge.*
Please contact our Customer Service if you want to place a repeat logo deboss order using the same die from a previous order. You will need to provide the order number from a previous logo debossed order, which can be found on any of the order and shipping confirmation emails.
Custom made and personalized items are not eligible for a return credit. In the event that a custom or personalized order is damaged or lost in shipping the order would be replaced by Office Accessories Plus. When a complete set is purchased with personalization even though only 1 item in the set may be personalized, no part of that set is not eligible for a return credit.
